We are a new platform. This is how we're building the first wave.
10% from creators you refer. 20% from creators they refer. Paid monthly. No expiration.
For the first 1,000 creators, there is no requirement to qualify. No earnings. No fans. No content. Just sign up and start earning. You earn when the creators you refer start earning. Your network does the work.
Every creator on OhMyFans pays a monthly platform subscription - after their fans have already paid them directly. When you refer someone and they start paying that subscription, you earn a commission from it. When they refer someone, you earn from that person too.
of their platform subscription fee. Every month. Forever. A creator paying a $540 monthly subscription means you get $54/month from that one referral.
of their platform subscription fee. Every month. Forever. Your referrals bring in their own network and you earn from creators you never even found. The bigger percentage goes to the bigger group.
We pay this from the platform subscription fees we collect. Your referrals pay the same subscription as everyone else. Nobody pays more because you referred them.
The other platform gives you 5%, one tier, and cuts it off after 12 months. We give you 10% and 20% across two tiers, forever. No expiration. No cap on how many people you can refer.
To earn referral commissions, a creator must be active on the platform: $100 or more in monthly earnings from at least 2 paying fans. This proves the creator has a real audience and is generating the platform subscription fees that commissions come from.
This requirement exists because we pay commissions from our own revenue. We need active creators generating platform subscription fees for the math to work.
Founding creators earn referral commissions with no earnings minimum, no fan minimum, and no content requirement. You can earn purely from referrals without ever posting a thing.
The people you refer still follow the normal rules. They need to be active creators paying a monthly platform subscription - that is where your referral money comes from. But you, the founding creator, do not need to produce content or earn anything yourself.
Example: Janet is a founding creator. She refers Sally. Sally refers Paula. Paula is an active creator who pays a $300 monthly platform subscription. Janet earns 20% of Paula's subscription ($60/month) and 10% of Sally's. Sally earns 10% of Paula's subscription. Neither Janet nor Sally need to post content or have fans. They earn because Paula built a business - and they are the reason Paula is here.
You refer 3 creators. They each refer 2-3 more. Your network has 10 people in it and you earn from every single one.
you refer 3 creators
Tier 1 - You earn 10% from each
they each bring 2-3 creators
Tier 2 - You earn 20% from each
$510/month. From a link you shared. Each year your network grows, so does your income. No limit. Ever.
This is not a marketing trick. There is a legal and structural reason this offer has a hard limit.
For a two-tier referral program to operate legally, the people earning commissions need to be adding real value to the marketplace. That means active creators generating real revenue, not just people collecting checks for signing others up. The earnings requirement exists because the law requires it. Without it, the referral structure does not pass the legal standards we follow.
We cannot offer this exemption to everyone. If we did, the referral program itself could not exist. The only reason we can offer it at all is because it is limited to the first 1,000 accounts during launch - a small enough group that it does not compromise the structure of the program.
A platform with no creators is an empty room. We need people to walk in first and tell others the room is worth being in. That is what founding creators are. In return, we remove the one barrier that normally gates referral income. You can be a creator, a promoter, or both. Your referral commissions work either way.
Once we hit 1,000, this closes permanently. The code changes. The status is no longer available. Every creator after that follows the standard rules. The 1,000 who got here first keep their status forever.
Sign up. Share your link. Earn from every creator who joins through you and every creator they bring after them.
No content required. No earnings minimum. No expiration. Lifetime founding creator status.
Free to sign up. No credit card. No lock-in.
Founding Creator status is available to the first 1,000 registered accounts on OhMyFans. Founding Creators are exempt from the standard referral eligibility requirement ($100+ monthly earnings from 2+ unique paying fans). This exemption is permanent and irrevocable for qualifying accounts. Referral commissions are 10% of Tier 1 and 20% of Tier 2 platform subscription fees, paid from OhMyFans revenue. Referred creators must be active and paying monthly platform subscriptions for commissions to accrue. Commissions are paid monthly or released early via subscription prepayment. OhMyFans will issue 1099 forms for referral commission earnings where required by law. Past earnings do not guarantee future income. All amounts shown are estimates and actual results may vary. OhMyFans reserves the right to modify the referral program with 30 days notice, but Founding Creator eligibility exemption cannot be revoked.
